- Selection of Outstanding Research Faculty, Distinguished Professors, and Chair Professors.
- Selection of Outstanding Mentors and Outstanding Teaching Faculty.
- College budget management (including equipment, materials, and administrative expenses).
- Student off-campus internships and assistance in promoting industry–academia collaboration.
- Rotational management of the Comprehensive Building II and Research Building Management Committee.
- Recording and execution of resolutions from College Faculty Evaluation and Administrative Meetings.
- Recording and execution of resolutions from College Affairs Meetings.
- Official document approval and processing.
- Inventory and asset management of the College of Engineering.
- Management of student work-study funds across departments.
- Coordination and scheduling of the Dean’s external engagements.
- Selection and reappointment procedures for the Dean.
- Registration and execution of Mechanical Talent Certification Examinations.
- Other temporary tasks as assigned.
